Terms of Use for Calorie Counter & Meal Tracker

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Calorie Counter & Meal Tracker (the "Application") or accessing calorie-tracker.net, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") between you and FlashSoft OU.

2. Nutritional & Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT MEDICAL NOTICE: The Application and calculators provide nutritional estimates, energy expenditure approximations, and dietary tracking tools for educational and fitness purposes only. The Application does not offer professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical dietary prescriptions. Always consult a physician, registered dietitian, or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any restrictive diet, extreme caloric deficit, or strenuous fitness regimen, especially if you have metabolic conditions, diabetes, eating disorders, or are pregnant.

3. License Grant

FlashSoft OU grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Apple App Store / Google Play Store Terms of Service.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain features (such as unlimited AI photo scanning, advanced macro analytics, and priority barcode database lookups) may require an active auto-renewing subscription. Billing is managed directly by Apple App Store (iTunes) or Google Play Store according to your account settings.
